Financial Professional/Wealth Manager

Your Financial Professional/Wealth managers provides financial advice to help you Plan, Accumulate, Grow and Preserve your wealth. This advice goes beyond just providing advice on your investments or designing a financial plan for you. Your Financial Professional will offer investment recommendations and consult with you on various financial decisions. It also includes managing, creating and monitoring your financial and wealth building plan throughout your relationship with us and other services such as investment management, tax planning, charitable planning and estate planning. Your Financial Professional will also serve as your accountability coach for your financial plan and visit with you during follow-ups and review appointments. 

Registered Assistant

Your Financial Professional may be assisted by a Registered Assistant who is trained and licensed to take your liquidation or buy of mutual fund orders under the Financial Professional's guidance.  New accounts are created by the Registered Assistant, asset allocation and rebalancing of portfolios are made and assistance provided to you for technical issues you may experience to ensure you receive excellent service and support. As a Registered Assistant to the Financial Professional /Wealth Manager she is trained to evaluate you for follow-up visits or review appointments. 

Client Experience Assistant 

This team member is your primary point of contact to manage your interaction in an efficient and timely manner. They will assist with services you may need such as scheduling of review appointments, administrative task, check-in communication and will collaborate with internal teams to turn valuable client feedback into practical overall improvements.  The Client Experience Assistant will engage proactively and build strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients through frequent communications online, mail and social media platforms.
