Kathy Williams, RFC® — Founder, Wealth Manager
Kathy Williams, RFC®, is Founder and CEO of Advance Financial Lighthouse. As a respected wealth manager, speaker with over 35 years of experience. Kathy leads with a mission that is both professional and deeply personal — she does not just manage wealth. She guides the people behind it.
Kathy holds a degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Psychology from Southern Nazarene University — a foundation that shapes everything about the way she works. She is Series 7, 65, 26, and 6 licensed, holds the RFC® designation as a Registered Financial Consultant, and serves every client as a fiduciary, always acting in their best interest.
Kathy’s influence extends well beyond her client relationships. She has been recognized twice as a nominee for The Journal Record’s Woman of the Year — one of Oklahoma’s most prestigious business honors — a distinction that reflects the trust, respect, and impact she has earned in both her industry and her community. Her insights and expertise have been featured in Black Enterprise, The Journal Record, The Oklahoman, and local television stations across Oklahoma City.
A committed community leader, Kathy has served on the boards of the Institute for Child Advocacy, the Oklahoma Council for Economic Education, and the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce. These roles reflect something she believes deeply — that financial strength is not just personal. It is communal. And that those who have been given expertise have a responsibility to invest it back into the world around them.
Kathy lives in Oklahoma City with her husband of over 40 years. She is the proud mother of three children, two new Sherman Sheppard puppies, grandmother to four grandchildren, and devoted companion to two grand dogs. Family means everything to Kathy. Outside of work, she finds joy in travel, the arts, documentaries, genealogy, dancing, music, exercise, and meaningful conversations. At the center of it all is her faith — a close, enduring relationship with the Heavenly Father that grounds everything she does, personally and professionally.
