For over 30 years, our President, Kathy Williams, has guided individuals and families through their most important financial decisions. But her understanding of life’s challenges did not come solely from years in the financial industry. It was shaped by her own journey.

Like many of the clients she serves today, Kathy has experienced seasons of loss, change, uncertainty, and rebuilding. She has navigated divorce, single parenthood, financial setbacks, business challenges, health struggles in her family, caring for her mother and a grandchild, and the unimaginable loss of a child. Those experiences taught her that financial planning is not just about investments and retirement accounts. It is about helping people move forward when life does not go according to plan.

Through every challenge, Kathy discovered that resilience is built one decision at a time. She learned that financial confidence grows when people have guidance, education, and someone they can trust to walk beside them.

That belief became the foundation of Advance Financial Lighthouse.
