Kathy Williams, RFC® grew up in circumstances that taught her the value of every dollar — and the profound impact of people who chose to help when they did not have to. That experience shaped everything about the way she leads, the way she advises, and the way she gives.

For Kathy, giving is not a strategy or a tax benefit. It is gratitude made visible. It is the natural response to a life that has been blessed — and a deep sense of responsibility to invest those blessings back into the community that helped shape her.

Holiday Meals for ReMerge

A tradition we are proud to grow — year after year.

The Advance Financial Lighthouse Team Brenda, Katy, and Kathy Williams, RFC — delivering holiday meals to ReMerge.

This holiday season, our team had the privilege of donating turkeys, canned goods, stuffing, baking mixes, fresh produce, and other holiday staples to ReMerge — enough to provide complete holiday meals for families in need.

ReMerge supports mothers and families working to rebuild their lives, and we are proud to stand alongside their mission. Showing up in person, rolling up our sleeves, and filling a kitchen with the makings of a real holiday dinner is exactly the kind of service we believe in.

Writing a check is easy. Showing up is harder — and it matters more.

This is now an annual tradition for the Advance Financial Lighthouse team. Each year, we will return — because the families ReMerge serves deserve to know that this community sees them, values them, and will show up for them.
