Katy Baldrachi

As Operations Manager, Katy plays a central role in delivering a seamless and thoughtful client experience. She oversees the day-to-day operations of client accounts, serves as a responsive and reliable point of contact, and works closely with Osaic’s back office to ensure every detail is handled with care. A registered financial services assistant, she has passed the Series 7 Exam, Series 6 Exam, and Series 66 Exam. Over her 12 years with Advance Financial Lighthouse, she has become a trusted resource for both clients and her team.

Katy is known for her attentiveness, diligence and commitment to excellence. She approaches each client relationship with genuine care, taking the time to understand individual preferences and priorities while ensuring that every interaction is smooth, efficient, and personalized. Her ability to anticipate needs and manage the finer details helps create a sense of confidence and ease for the clients she serves.

Outside of her professional role, Katy leads a life grounded in creativity and a quiet appreciation for the natural world. She lives with her husband, Ryan, and their cats—Yin, Simon, Annie, and Pickles—and is a devoted aunt who especially enjoys time spent with her nephews and niece. She enjoys writing, crocheting, and birdwatching, often finding inspiration in nature. Her compassion extends to local wildlife, where she is known for caring for neighborhood animals and assisting in the rescue and rehabilitation of injured ducks.

Katy holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Northeastern State University and serves on her HOA board, where she advocates for both her community and its surrounding wildlife.
