I Built This Practice

I grew up understanding what it means to need — and what it means to be overlooked. I spent decades in a financial services industry that was not always designed for women like me. I watched Black women be underserved, underestimated, and underrepresented at every level of wealth management.
So I built something different. A practice where every Black woman who walks through our door is seen, respected, and served with the same level of care and sophistication that has historically been reserved for others.
